Q: What transmitters will
work with the Track & Train collars? |
| A: The Command Series™ 1600 transmitter is the only transmitter
sold to work with the Track & Train® collars. |
| Q: I have less than perfect hearing and enjoy
hunting upland game birds. Does Innotek make a tracking collar for
people like me? |
| A:
Yes we do. Innotek offers the PB-500
that has low frequency audible tones which are easier to hear by people
with hearing difficulty |
| Q: How do I know when it is time to change
batteries in my Command Series system? |
[top] |
| A:
Both the collar receiver and the
transmitter will let you know when it is time to change the batteries.
The collar will give a slow red flash when it has a low battery. The
transmitter will show a red light anytime a square button is held when
it has a low battery. |
| Q: Do I have to order 3-volt lithium batteries
directly from Innotek? |
| A:
No. Most drug, grocery and department
stores carry the same batteries we send with your system. |
| Q: My dog does a lot of swimming while we are
hunting. Can the Retriever Trainer correct my dog if he is swimming? |
| A:
Yes, provided both probes are making
good contact and the dog is in range. Make sure that the receptacle
cover (mud plug) is flush with the casing of the collar receiver. When
the dog is wet and standing on dry land, the stimulation will spread
over a larger area of the neck, increasing conductivity. Use a lower
stimulation. |
| Q: How many collars can I operate off the CS-800
and CS-1600 transmitter? |
| A:
You can operate up to 2 collar
receivers from either one of these transmitters. |
| Q: What models of audible tracking collars do
you sell? |
[top] |
| A:
We offer several models of beeper
collars. There is the TB-250 with a 400 yard range and the PB-500 with a
750 yard range. |
| Q: My dog doesn't seem to be receiving
correction every time I press the transmitter button. Any suggestions? |
| A:
First, we need to resynchronize the
receiver to the transmitter and make sure the proper probes are being
used on the dog. You will also want to make sure that the receiver is
fit snugly around the dog's neck. One finger is all you should be able
to get between the dog's neck and the strap. For assistance on specific
systems, refer to our
Troubleshooting Guides. |
| Q: Do you offer any multiple dog training units
that have a range of up to 1 mile? |
| A:
Yes. We have the CS-200LR, CS-300LR,
CS-800LR and CS-1600TTLR, HR-300 and the BR-500A |
| Q: Can you program the CS-800 or CS-1600 to
stimulate one dog at one level and a second dog at a different level? |
| A:
Yes, you can program the transmitter
to stimulate 2 dogs at different stimulation levels and different
stimulation types |
| Q:
What is the standard manufacturer's warranty
on your Command Series, The Houndsman, Retriever Trainers and the Beagle
Master

workmanship. The exception to this warranty is the Remote and Manual

[top] |

the features of an audible tracking collar. One added feature is the
