Does the SCG-LBM 24 Hour Contact Point work on your dog training collar? Simply remove the two existing electrodes / probes (must be 1 1/4 inches apart between the probes when removed) which came with the electronic training device. Why the 24/7 Contact Grid Dog Collar Probes work: Existing electronic dog training collar use two protruding, metal electrodes (probes) to distribute the stimulator's (dog collar receiver box) output to the animal. These two electrodes (probes) are attached to the stimulator housing (dog collar receiver box) and are typically spaced from 1 to 1 1/4 inches apart. These probes must protrude far enough from the stimulator housing (dog collar receiver box) to penetrate the animal's coat, and make direct contact with the skin - generally 1 inch to 1 1/4 inch in length. The distance, alone, between the electrodes requires many more nerve endings needing to be energized consistently while the mass of these two electrodes impair the focal point of the electrical energy. With most of today's electronic dog training products offering the means to adjust the level of stimulation delivered to the animal, subtleness is extremely important during training sessions when applying different levels of stimulation.
